The Lead Implementation Engineer will be located in the Eastern Region and Report to the Director of Solutions Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of implementation engineers to service multiple account implementations
- Creating custom scripts, reports, integration components and other components as specified
- Engaging with customer to gather detailed requirements and to validate deliverables
- Working with other Internal Resources (the Deployment and PM teams) to co-ordinate delivery to customers
Core Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in enterprise IT - preferably with some experience in large corporate environments, some experience in working in a small team in a fast paced environment and some time in a team leadership role
- Strong SQL and Report development skills - Oracle 10, 11 preferred, Jasper or Crystal Reports
- Familiarity with XML, Regular Expressions, HTTP, HTML DOM, Windows GDI and WMI basics and with scripting languages (e.g. WSH)

- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Job requires significant time spent on the phone or remote meetings with customers.
