Regional Sales Manager - Mid-West and West-Coast

The successful Aternity Regional Sales Manager will have a winning track record of selling Application Performance Management (APM), performance management, benchmarking tools, and/or enterprise software solutions directly to end user clients.

Experience:  The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering disciplines, MBA a plus
  • 15+ years selling enterprise software to F500 accounts
  • A proven track record of exceptional performance, exceeding goals on a continuous basis and a successful background in early stage technology companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to make dynamic presentations
  • Exceptional selling/negotiation skills
  • Desire and ability to work in  a fast-paced environment
  • Well honed business skills and an innate ability to quickly build executive relationships
  • Industry expertise and prior experience of selling to CxO, IT & LOB Management in two or more of the following verticals: financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail
