Senior Algorithm Developer – Hod Hasharon, Israel

Skilled in developing and programming Aternity’s analytics and correlation engine, the Senior Algorithm Developer is a critical resource for the company’s Research and Development organization.

The position is responsible for a number of core technical tasks related to Aternity’s Frontline Performance Intelligence Platform including designing and building software components, providing solutions for complex mathematical problems, delivering quality and unit tested code, analyzing and solving customer support issues, and helping to drive the product to advanced levels of quality and performance.

In addition, the Aternity Senior Algorithmic Developer will:

Have fluid experience working with Java Enterprise server environments including comprehensive understanding of Java internals and SQL
Proven skills in developing real mathematics algorithms
C/C++ knowledge is a plus
Be very familiar with the following Technologies:

Oracle, SQL, Hibernate, Spring, JBoss, JMS
Experience in development methodologies and unit testing

Experience: The ideal candidate possesses the following:

Minimum of 7 years as a software developer
Be fluent in English (both oral and written)
Excellent mathematical and statistical knowledge
4 years experience with enterprise Java applications
Ability to collaborate and work exceptionally well in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor of Science Computer Degree or Mamram graduate
Results-oriented, focused, and committed to technical excellence
Ability to quickly adapt priorities and focus within a dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
