Owning and developing Aternity’s User Interface, the GUI Developer is a critical resource for the company’s Research and Development organization. The position is responsible for technical and usability tasks, designing and building Aternity’s Frontline Performance Intelligence Platform’s user interface and managing the product’s look and feel for an optimal end user experience.

- Must be able to design and write software components from inception to delivery including detailed design documents, mockups and usability testing

In addition, the GUI Developer will:
- Have fluid experience working in Adobe Flex and web-based GUI solutions
- Be very familiar with the following Technologies:
- Flex, Java, HTML, Ajax, Javascript
- OpenLaszlo, Struts knowledge is a plus
- Tomcat and Java application server is a plus
- Have experience in development methodologies and usability testing
- Have a proven record working at an enterprise software company
Experience: The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Be fluent in English (both oral and written)
- A proven track record as a Web GUI Developer with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience with web GUI application development
- Ability to collaborate and work exceptionally well in a team-oriented environment
- BS Computer Science Degree or Mamram graduate
- Results-oriented, focused, and committed to technical excellence
- Ability to quickly adapt priorities and focus within a dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
