Carol Johnson is an analytical leader who brings over 25 years of experience in financial management and operations to Aternity. Throughout her career, Johnson has worked to drive the growth and daily operational effectiveness of high-growth companies.
Prior to joining Aternity, Johnson served as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Clinsoft Corporation, a leading provider of clinical research software. Prior to Clinsoft, Johnson held senior financial management positions at Domain Solutions Corporation, a provider of clinical and data analysis software and Bolt Beranek and Newman Inc, a provider of computing and communications solutions.
Johnson earned her Master of Science in Finance at Bentley College and holds a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Accounting from Wake Forest University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is also a recipient of an A.M. Pullen Accounting Achievement Award.
