Deployment Support Engineer – U.S. East Coast
The Deployment Support Engineer will be located in the U.S. on the East Coast and will report to the Support Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and Standard Configuration of the Monitoring Platform
- Support & troubleshooting of issues reported by customers
- Routine Maintenance Tasks (upgrades and service packs)
- Maintaining internal knowledge systems and account records
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in enterprise IT - preferably with some experience in system administration, large corporate environments
- Some DB skills - Oracle 10, 11 preferred - basic SQL, simple DB administration
- Experience in working in a small team in a fast paced environment
Additional Skills Preferred:
- Familiarity with web technologies/programming and Windows client/server technologies
- Basic understanding of Enterprise IT architecture and networking
General Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Job requires significant time spent on the phone or remote meetings with customers.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to travel when needed (no more than 10% of time) otherwise able to work from home.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
