Educational Services

Aternity offers extensive educational programs that help our customers attain rapid expertise in frontline performance intelligence. Aternity's educational services are developed and taught by seasoned experts and focus on hands-on instruction based on our extensive field experience with the Aternity Platform.

Classroom Information

Class size is limited to ten (10) students to provide an optimal learning environment, including personal instruction. Courses are held at your facility or our Education Center in Westborough, Massachusetts. Our classroom opens at 8:30 AM Eastern Time. Classes run from 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.

Cancellation Policy

Aternity reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at least ten (10) business days prior to the announced start date. Aternity will typically cancel a class if there are less than five (5) registrants. In the event of cancellation by Aternity, we will refund any payment made for the canceled course. Tuition is fully refundable if a registrant notifies Aternity at least ten (10) business days prior to the announced start date. For cancellation received afterwards, we will provide a credit towards a future class.

On-Site Training

For your convenience, Aternity will teach any standard class at your site. The cost of on-site courses is $2,500 per day for a maximum of eight (8) participants per class plus travel & living. AT101 (2.1) - Introduction to the Aternity Platform

Overview

This two day hands-on course is suggested for first time users of the Aternity Platform and can be offered at your facility or in the Aternity Education Center in Westborough, Massachusetts. Students will master concepts of frontline performance intelligence and the use of the Aternity Platform for performance analysis and problem detection.

AT201 (2.1) - Aternity Platform Administration

Overview

This two day hands-on course is suggested for administrators of the Aternity Platform and can be offered at your facility or in the Aternity Education Center in Westborough, MA.

Students will master concepts and use of the Aternity Platform for deployment, system tuning, user administration, activity definition and system administration.
